Student Trader Makes $4000 First Day Live From Qatar!

I wanted to post this video earlier but I was ravaging through the country of Peru.  There is only one more country left to travel to in South America which is Ecuador.  I remember meeting Mahad like it was yesterday, it was my very first night in Addis Ababa, the capital of Ethiopia, and I wanted to party like it was 1999.

As soon as he realized that I was a day trader he was intrigued.  He couldn’t believe that I could just pick up and go wherever I wanted and make money after I found reliable internet.

We sat down one day and he asked me how the hell I could possibly travel anywhere and make a living.  Although I have been day trading for nearly 10 years and helping others for roughly 8 years, the time that I was living in Africa is when day traders actually convinced me to start The Day Trading Academy.

I liked Mahad and he was dead set on day trading eminis after he heard that I can make money in a recession and even make money when the market goes up or down.  He was a complete beginner to day trading and I was very interested in using him to help build the training program.

I consider the training program to be a work in progress and I will soon announce the release of the MIND Congressive Trading System which I am very excited about.

I like to get feedback and build the education program around the small group of traders that I allow into the program.  What better way to build an award winning program than to use the people who are actually in it right?

I was honest with Mahad and told him that there are tons of ways to day trade in the stock market and that he shouldn’t just use my strategy simply because it works and I do well.  I encourage many of the traders in the training program to trade the way that they feel comfortable and often times they decide to add onto the strategy which is one of the reasons I made it so simple.

After we talked for hours about my background and how I got into day trading he decided that this is what he wanted to do with his life.  He happened to make $4,000 his first day trading live from Qatar of all places.  Looks like we found the third WanderingTrader, the second WanderingTrader is galavanting through Colombia at the moment.

I don’t want everyone to think that everyone does this well because most people in the industry don’t make money day trading.  In fact, there are reports that state only 10% of day traders actually make money, I would put it at 3%.

He worked his but off and if you pay close attention to the video it took him 8 months to go live.  I know some traders that have gone live in weeks and other traders that take years to understand the concepts correctly, it took me around 2 years to get to the point where I started making money day trading futures.
